However, as much as I love everyone and everything in my life, I also know what it’s like to need to get away sometimes, just to have a quiet moment to oneself is truly golden right? That’s why I created (for my own benefit as much as everyone elses) yoga retreats to nourish, pamper and most of all simply relax with other like-minded women.
I have been practicing Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for 10 years and am a fully qualified nutritionist who is also partial to a delicious glass of wine.
