Our Cotswold yoga retreat is designed to nurture all the senses in need this season. Our twice daily yoga practices will massage tired muscles, our breathwork will bring you back to a place of peace, invigorating walks, followed by skin tingling spa and delicious dinners. There is no other way to describe this retreat other than like a big warm winter hug.
Yoga doesn’t always have to be in a sun filled shala overlooking the ocean. We know the winter season brings with it all sorts of aches and pains not to mention a busy festive itinerary. That’s why we have created this retreat as a special seasonal gift to yourself. Taking time out, just before the busyness begins, will ensure you feel calm, restored and ready for anything.

Our winter retreat will bring you all the delicious, nutritious comfort food your body craves at this time of year. Fresh vegetables and herbs grown from the walled garden will be transformed into mouth-watering seasonal dishes by our private chef. We will eat together in the stunning dining room and enjoy cosy digestifs by the large open log fire afterwards.
When we are not eating in, you’ll be free to explore the local foodie scene that the Cotswolds has quietly become so well known for. From stylish farm shops and delis to busy farmers markets overflowing with fresh produce and yummy artisan creations. Pub grub takes on a whole new meaning in this area with Michelin worthy dishes being unassumingly served amongst the town’s locals.
