Our days will start with an energising practice and end with something more relaxing. In between, adventure and exploration with like-minded friends, await. Take a boat to one of Capri’s turquoise coves, wander the boutique shops or simply flop poolside with a good book.
A breezy forty minute boat ride from Sorrento will have you feeling a million miles away as you arrive in Capri, a perfect island escape. We will rise to the endless views of the deep blue Thyrennian Sea, enjoy slow evening passeggietas through bougainvillea clad lanes and feed ourselves with soul nourishing Mediterranean food and drink.

Whilst our private chef will be cooking up some delicious and nutritious plant based dishes throughout our stay, you will also have time to try some of your Neopolitan favourites in the island’s authentic trattorias.
Did someone say Spritz o’ clock? Whilst we deeply value the importance of good, healthy food and drink, we also know life is about relaxing and not being too regimented. So whether you fancy a Prosecco or San Pelligrino with your evening meal, we are here for all of it.

Our love of beautiful, relaxing interiors is a non negotiable when we seek out our retreat settings.
During your time in Capri we will be staying in a peaceful cliffside villa with views across the Bay of Naples.
Each room provides the luxuries and comforts synonymous with X retreats ensuring you enjoy the most restful of sleeps and a space to quietly reflect. Villa rooms each have french doors opening to a private terrace and ocean vistas. Decor is reminiscent of Amalfi mid-century glamour with modern touches. Think beautiful handmade tiles, an Italian upholstered chaise longue and the comfiest of beds.
Our yoga practice will take place mornings and evenings overlooking the ocean.
Post yoga swims optional...although highly recommend.
